While Kayak Fishing on Mosquito Lagoon, Tony, a Florida resident, noticed a large tail sticking out into the air in about 3 foot of water.  He stalked the fish for about 15 minutes finally convincing it to hit a Berkeley Gulp Alive Shrimp.
