GTS Elite – Kayak Seat Review

For Christmas my wife bought me the GTS Elite Kayak Seat by Surf to Summit. I was immediately excited about the seat, as I have the stock seat in my current fishing kayak..

Appearance

At first look the seat looks sleek and comfortable. The high back combined with its ample support straps makes it look sturdy and comfortable.

Comfort

The seat padding combined with the high back make this seat one of the most comfortable kayak seat I have ever sat in. It gives plenty of padding and support at the same time!

Usability

Looking at pictures of the seat I was concerned that the high back and multiple support straps would be in the way while fishing. It turns out the seat is so well designed that none of the straps nor the back are in the way of any fishing activity.

Conclusion

While the GTS Elite Kayak Seat is a little bit on the pricey side, it is well worth every penny spent on it!
